This FAQ covers common questions about how our delivery works, what to expect, and how to make the process smooth from start to finish. If you ever need more clarity or personal support, our team is always here to help.
Our delivery hours are Monday – Saturday 11AM – 8PM, and Sunday 11AM – 7PM.
The only way to place a delivery order is through our website menu. Orders must be paid using Dutchie Pay in full before delivery will leave the store. There is an ID verification and signature required upon delivery.
Delivery times fluctuate depending on how many are being taken, but generally you will have your order within an hour of placing it.
For delivery, you will need to show a valid ID and provide a signature for the products delivered.
Cannabis delivery follows the same laws as in-store laws. You can get up to 3 ounces of flower products and up to 24 grams of concentrates per day.
Unfortunately, at this time there is no live tracking feature. However, our driver will text you when they are heading your way as soon as they know that time.
All of our deliveries are placed in plain colored bags and sealed for maximum discretion.
You can absolutely schedule your delivery for a certain time frame, or even a certain day of the week during our Delivery Hours.
Delivery tips are never expected but always appreciated. Our Drivers are paid an hourly wage and we include no gratuities in our pricing.
Cannabis can be delivered to hotels or apartments. Although for the safety of everyone involved, we ask that you meet your driver on ground level if able.
Yes, we do require that the person that made the order is physically present with their ID to receive delivery.
We will deliver 16 miles in any direction from our store front location in Amherst, NY.
There is no fee with delivery, we just ask you meet the minimum order of $60.
Yes there is, $60 including tax unlocks your door to delivery.
Currently the only way to pay for your order is through Dutchie Pay, a bank to bank service powered by Plaid.
